3. Where do you ship from?
Our products ship from different locations, depending on the item. Clothing and design products are fulfilled by trusted partners with global facilities, while pet toys and accessories are shipped directly from international suppliers.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Clothing and Design Products: Delivery times typically range from 5-12 business days within the US and 10-30 business days internationally.
- Pet Toys and Accessories: Delivery times vary depending on your location but are usually between 15-45 business days.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
6. Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free. Depending on your location, the prices may be shown in your local currency, but please note that import taxes, duties, or related customs fees might apply once your order reaches its destination. 7. What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, please contact us. In such cases, you may be eligible for a full refund.
8. What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you receive merchandise that is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve the matter promptly.

12. When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, with shipping commencing the day after your order is processed.
